The dissertation is dedicated to theoretical principles development of obtaining technologies of modified by polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) thermoplastics in the heterophases condition: by the polymerization of hydrofobic vinyl monomers in emulsion and dispersion environments and combination with industrial thermoplastics which differ after the chemical nature, fluidity and structure, in viscous conditions, and also by the modification of thermoplastics solution, for instance, of blowing polystyrene in the filling state out.
