. Dissertation is dedicate for studding morpho-functional features of development of prostate in dif-ferent period of ontogenesis and it investigated reac-tion features of rat's prostate after antigen irritation in different period. Features of development, formation and involution of human prostate during the course postnatal ontogenesis for the first time are estab-lished. The basic index of reaction changing of hu-man prostate are revealed. With the help of macro-microscopic, histological, immunogistochemical methods of research the intertissues connections of human prostate are established, profound study which opens a new direction in development funda-mental investigations in ontogenesis of human pros-tate.
