Essay

Biologically active polymeric materials with prolonged action of not steroid anti-inflammatory preparations on a basis polyurethanes of mesh structure. Development of the concept and a scientific substantiation of creation of new biologically active polymeric materials with prolonged action of not steroid anti-inflammatory preparations for application as implantation materials on a basis of biodegradated polyurethanes carriers. The functional and elemental analysis, TLC, 1Н NMR-spectroscopy, IR-spectroscopy, physico-mechanical studies, spectrophotometry, histologic, medical and biologic researches. New biologically active polymeric materials on the base of urethane-containing polymer of mesh structure with amisone were proposed. The polyetherglycolurethanes with allophanate branching clusters were synthesized and the biologically active materials with piroxicam on their basis were obtained. The lactose-containing polyurethane elastomers were synthesized and biological active polyurethane with prolongedaction of piroxicam and amisone on their basis were developed.
