Financial and economic relations of the consolidated enterprises in the process of their current operational, fiscal and investment activity together with profit (loss) distribution between the participants. The elaboration of theoretical and methodological basics for consolidated financial accounting process by means of systemic formation and motivation of the proposals concerning the methodology development in the sphere of consolidated book-keeping. The following methods were used: dialectical method, induction, deduction, method of abstraction, statistics comparison, structural analysis, rating method as well as method of economical and mathematical modeling. The work studies the development of integrated organizations in the world and Ukraine. It also looks at the issues of informational accountability depiction in the sphere of specific financial relations in consolidated organizations during their current operational, fiscal and investment activity together with profit (loss) distribution between the participants. The work presents the profound analysis of current ways of consolidated accountability structuralizing on the basis of consolidated audit, elaborates special book-keeping techniques, improves the audit methodology of: а) internal movement of commodity-money flows and ordinary debts elimination for the consolidated group members; b) unrealizable profit that appears as а result of internal trade relations; с) taxation obligations that are not included into budget in the current book-keeping period; d) free property transfer between the enterprises.
