Dissertation is devoted problems, theoretical, methodological developments and research of practical aspects of efficiency of development of small enterprise, in food industry of Ukraine. Systematization of theory of efficiency of development of small production enterprise is in-process conducted in the conditions of changeability of enterprise environment. Author vision of methodology of forming of the system of quantitative signs of small enterprises of food industry, optimum criteria of small enterprises, is offered in the context of influence on them of concentration of production in food industry. The methodical providing of estimation of efficiency of functioning and development of small enterprise is developed. An evaluation is conducted efficiency of functioning and development of small enterprise in food industry, found out factors and problems which are investigation of their influence. Grounded prospects of development of small enterprise, that are based on developed on a period to 2015 yearprognosis. Providing of his realization is offered by state having a special purpose program, implementacii of conception of the financial providing of small enterprises development, and also use of benefits small enterprises, from realization of organizational transformations, samoorganizacii, and establishing a connection with the interested persons by the association of interests through computer-integrated structures.
