Essay

This thesis is dedicated to the problem of designing of reciprocating machines with active organ with heterogeneous oscillations to grade charge mass to achieve high productivity of riddling before fusion and smelting. Mathematical models for investigating and defining cinematic and dynamic pa-rameters of reciprocating machine with heterogeneous as well as directed rectilinear oscillations, which operate in "pulsation" regime were worked up in the thesis. It was also suggested the optimal oscillation amplitude regime. It has been elaborated the engineering method of calculation of technological and strength parameters of cutter bars with heterogeneous oscillations of active organ. A special method of valuation of rational frequency of "pulsations" was elaborated purposed the effect of self-clearing of cuttering bed surface and its holes picking up due to the technological requirements for charge.
