Essay

For the first time the dissertation substantiates a methodological approach to the formation system of the ensuring of the competitiveness enterprises of the meat industry upon basic sub-systems: social and laboring, technology, organizational and economy, finance and investments on the base of the set of surveys in spheres of innovations, gerontology, clustering, resource-saving, logistics, corporative supervision and re-engineering. The survey offers the model of how to activate innovational development of the businesses under conditions of short resourcing and the gerontology approaches in the meat production. It lights out the complex program of implementing the international management standards for the businesses, esp. quality, ecological and social. It also grounds the operational strategy of structural business units for the industry following the 'saving production' philosophy and the reengineering technologies, and classifies the structural business units with attributes of 'pushing-out' and'pulling-in' systems for different businesses in the meat industry. It also offers the concepts for developing the enterprises of the meat industry for the period till 2015.
