Mukvich O. Disordered microbiocenosis in children of first-year of life (prognostication, prophylaxis and treatment).

Work is devoted to the questions of prognostication, prophylaxis and treatment of microecologic disorders of intestine in children of the first year of life. Researched dependency between general health, physical development of children of the first year of life and the disbiotic changes of intestine. Discovered main predictors of microecological disorders and elaborated mathematical model of prognostication of development of microecological disorders of basic biotopes, which allows to asses the possibility of their development and to carry out timely medical and preventive measures. Determined disorders of protective functions of mucous membranes of intestine (SIgA, pH, synthesis of GAG, fucose, hexose), directivity of changes in metabolism of fucose-bearing glycoproteins and glicolipids were determined by the degree of bacterial aggression on intestine and certified the decline in colonization resistance with the risk of development of inflammatory-destructive, allergic and autoimmune reactions on local and system levels. Pathogenically grounded, developed and put in practice the scheme of medical and preventive measures with the use of bioproducts and functional food stuffs for the children of the first year of life having the high risk of development of disordered microecology, which provides for the maintenance of microbiological constant of organism of the child depending on the degree of risk of development of disbiosis, character of feeding, microbial loading of PPB, immunological and cytoprotective features of organism.
