Object of research are managerial processes transaction costs of subjects of managing. A research objective is working out of teoretiko-methodological bases and practical recommendations about management transaction costs which are directed on maintenance of economic growth in Ukraine. Methods - the system approach, the gnoseological analysis, the situational approach, the system-structural and comparative analysis, statistical methods, methods of network planning, the theory of games and the indistinct logic.
