Essay

The given dissertation is the first in Ukraine intergrated and system research in the field of criminal legal environmental protection. Subject to international, foreign and national experience, the thesis offers a number of conceptual theoretic and practical statements and conclusions as to: criminal legal environmental protection; activities to improve rulemaking and law enforcement in the given sphere; tendencies of the current criminal legal policy of environmental protection. A modern criminal legal environmental protection system has been developed. A theoretical model of the future system of the components of environmental crimes has been offerd.
