Artemov V. Management of effectiveness of oil-gas producing complex of Ukraine

Research object. Economic processes of the effective functioning of oil-gas producing complex. Research purpose. Development of methodological bases and ground of practical recommendations relation to the improvement of management the increase of efficiency of oil-gas producing complex of national economy of Ukraine in the conditions of its market transformation. Research receptions. Dialectical approach, methods of groupment, dynamic rows, statistical correlations, comparative analysis, logic, factor, graphic analysis, expert estimations, correlation analysis. The practical value of the results of dissertation research got an author consists in development of recommendations in relation to providing of the complex scientifically grounded objective analysis and estimation of efficiency of functioning of oil-gas producing complex and its increase on the basis of bringing an economic management over a complex in accordance with the requirements of market transformations of national economy. A novelty consists of development of methodological bases of determination of sources and size of the rent constituent in the pattern of prices of realization on natural gas and oil (differential rent I and II, monopolistic rent) in the conditions of market transformation of national economy of Ukraine. Antimarket nature is exposed of existent structure of management oil-gas production industry of Ukraine which does not allow the enterprises of lower economic link, to carry on entrepreneurial, commercial activity. It weakened stimuli and possibilities of mobilization of internal backlogs of increase of efficiency substantially. Conception of activation of a particular branch and regional factors of efficiency of production and management by creation of new organizational forms of management is developed in a oil-gas production complex as territorial-of a particular branch associations
