Essay

On the basis of interdisciplinary approach to an arterial hypertension with nosogenies phenomena study the practical solution of the problem is theoretically proved and proposed. The nosogenies forming causes are determined, the criteria of patients current states and progress of the pathology are proposed. A new nosogeny diagnostic information technology at an arterial hypertension including the model of nosogenies typology is developed, methods of clinical, psychopathological, psychodiagnostical and sociological diagnostic, structural-diagnostical and forecasting algorithms are improved. The strategy of complex antihypertensive psychotherapeutic and combined medicament therapy is determined which allows to raise therapeutic effect in hypertensive patients by 25,8%.
