Essay

The dissertation is devoted to fundamental and applied problems of laser radiation interaction with differently structured condensed solid state systems.. Interacting point defects systems action in complex semiconductors and ferrite garnet films as the result of laser irradiation were detailed studied; the influences of there charge and energetic states on physical properties investigated systems were established. The formation ordered linear defect structures after laser irradiation PbTe and CdSb were fixed and explained. For the first time the features of nanodispersed materials and low-dimension structures after the laser irradiation were systematically studied; new variant of laser stimulation intercalation processes were offered and on principle intercalation new intercalation compounds as InSe<Cu>, InSe<Ga>, GaSe<Ga>, graphite <H2SO4> were obtained. The method of activated carbon materials production as electrode materials for electrochemical capacitors was developed and optimized. With the aim of carbon material specific capacity increasing the methods of it modification by metal with high density of electron states (Cr, Mn, Er) dopping whith the next laser treatment were proposed. The forming fractal aggregates from injected metals are fixed; the laser treatment give the possibility to operate of structure's fractal dimensionality and, as result, this is the way of foreseen modification of electrophysical properties of carbon materials.
