Dibrova A. State Regulation of Agricultural Production

A research object is a process of the state adjusting of agricultural production in Ukraine. Research purpose: grounded of theoretic-methodological principles of the state adjusting of agricultural production and development of practical recommendations in relation to his improvement for providing of realization of strategic aims of public agrarian policy of Ukraine in the conditions of global changes of external environment. Methods: historical, abstractly logical, monographic, structurally functional, logic-semantic, comparative analysis, economic-statistical, economic-mathematical design. Theoretical and practical results: the substantive provisions of dissertation work in the form of suggestions and methodical recommendations can be used the organs of state administration on macro- and of a particular branch level with the purpose of prevention of the phenomena of crises of both internal and external origin and providing of stable development of domestic agricultural production on a long-term prospect. Scientific novelty: first: grounded on the basis of the offered integrated system of strategic priorities of, which creates theoretic-methodological principles of perfection of mechanism of the state adjusting of agricultural production pre-conditions for the increase of efficiency of acceptance and realization of administrative decisions and instrumental in achieving the aims of public agrarian policy of Ukraine; it is improved: system of criteria and indexes of estimation of efficiency of the state adjusting of agricultural production at different hierarchical levels of management, that it is directed on the increase of efficiency of the use of financial resources of the state in the conditions of their hard narrow-mindedness and harmonization of the domestic system of adjusting and support taking into account international principles and norms which are used in countries with the developed market economy; obtained subsequent development: clarification of concept vehicle is in relation to categories "state adjusting" "state support" "forms" but "mechanism" state adjusting of agricultural production. Degree of introduction: the results of dissertation are inculcated in the economies of the Kyiv area and Ukraine. Efficiency: will be instrumental in the improvement of the state adjusting of agricultural production. Sphere, industry of the use: agroindustrial production of Ukraine.
