Object of the study is processes of management activity enterprise in condition uncertainty and risk. Objective of study is theoretical and methodological motivation organizing-economic mechanism of the diagnostics to activity enterprise with account of the risk that will promote their adaptation to operation in sloppy market ambience. Methods of research are gnoseologic analysis, system approach, analysis, syntheses, induction and deduction, economic and mathematical and statistical. Theoretical and practical results: the conceptual bases of the shaping organizing-economic mechanism of the diagnostics, in accordance with which is built mechanism of the diagnostics to activity of the enterprise as economic system; methodological bases of the estimation of the firm development enterprise and separate directions to economic activity on miscellaneous level detailed of the action factor risk on micro level.
