This investigation was aimed on uncover pathogenic mechanisms of new generation calcium antagonists benzotiazepins and dihydropyridines. Research was based on complex examination of hemostasis disbalance, intracardiac hemodynamic, vegetative supporting of cardiac function, hemorheological and metabolic determinants. The main goal of our work was explanation and optimizing of hypertension associated with ischаemic heart disease management by calcium antagonists. We have found that prescription and taking benzotiazepine and dihydropyridine calcium antagonists in patients with hypertension and IHD was grounded for minimizing of thrombosis threating and ischaemia occurrence. Studying of platelet hemostasis in such patients pointed on reduction of spontaneous and induced platelet aggregation. Analysis of changes in plasmatic hemostasis indicated effects of calcium antagonists on coagulation and activation of fibrinolysis. . We have added theory connected with ploethropic effect of calcium antagonists. We have also produced analysis of modified and no modified risk factors and their effects on appearance rate of thrombotic complications. We have worked out mathemetical models for individual prognosis in patients with hypertension associated with IHD and taking calcium antagonists.
