Gladun O. Methodological basis of population samples formation in the system of State Statistics of Ukraine

The purpose of research is development of theoretical and methodological basis and methodical principles of population samples formation for carrying out of statistical observations within Ukrainian State Statistical system. Object of research is population sample surveys. Subject of research is theoretical and methodological basis and methodical principles of population samples formation for carrying our of statistical observations within Ukrainian State Statistical system. Scientific novelty of obtained results lays in salvation of complex scientific problem - development of methodological basis of population samples formation, taking into account corresponding international recommendations, requirements of indicators reliability guaranteeing and their adoption to conditions of Ukrainian Statistical Bodies functioning. For the first time: conceptual principles and methodological basis of population samples formation for carrying out of surveys within Ukrainian Statistical System were developed; methodologically-methodical provision of population samples formation for carrying out of four Ukrainian population surveys; statistical model of harmonized indicators and formulas for their weigh coefficients calculation were developed; organizational scheme for harmonized indicators compositional estimates calculation for State and Regional levels was developed.
