Havrysh V. Methodological, Organization and Economical Basic of Fuel and Energy Resource Supply of Agriculture and Increase of Their Use Efficiency

The research object is the process of the fuel-resource base forming and their effective use in agriculture. The aim off the research is grounding of theoretical, methodological and practice foundation of fuel-energy supply and increasing of their use efficiency. Monographic, systems analysis, abstraction and logical, economics and statistical analysis, modeling research methods have been used. Theoretical and practical results are fuel-energy resource supply conception, economical stimulus of energy saving technology introduction. Theoretical and methodological principles of fuel-energy supply conception and increasing of energy use efficiency are the scientific novelty. Results of the work have been applied by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine, agricultural authorities of Mykolayiv and Kherson regions, educational process of Mykolayiv State Agrarian University. The sphere of use is agriculture and AIC economics.
