Yatsenko L. Antitumor activity of poliplatillen and its efficacy in the treatment of advanced stomach, pancreatic and lung cancer patients (experimental and clinical study).

Improvement of patients treatment efficacy by the way of including to the treatment regimen the new domestically produced platinum medication based on DNA carrier – polyplatillen. The objects of analysis are: experimental models of cell lines, experimental models of tumor lines, patients with disseminated forms of lung cancer, stomach cancer, pancreas cancer. The aim of analysis is to test the antitumor activity of polyplatillen in experiments and found its clinical application in order to improve treatment efficacy of patients with disseminated forms of stomach cancer, pancreas, cancer lung cancer. Results of clinical studies showed high anticancer activity, low toxicity of poliplatillen comparing with other anticancer drugs. Doses and regimens of poliplatillen use were worked out.
