Essay

In represented thesis complex estimation of radiological changes in cells in vitro in conditions of Cs-137 and Co-60 gamma-irradiation influence in wide dose range (0,1 - 10,0 Gy) was made and properties of biological effects in cell in conditions of Cs-137 radiation were discovered. It was found that modifying influence of millimeter range electromagnetic emanation on radiogenic changes in cells becomes apparent in early postradiation period on cell membranes level: hyperpolarization of cell membrane leads to surface and mitochondrial ferments activity changes. The same time apoptotic level decreases in irradiated cell cultures, as well as, their survival level increases. On the basis of scientific literature and experimental results the hypothesis of potential protective mechanism of millimeter range electromagnetic emanation in cells with radiation induced damages (using different doses of ionizing radiation) was proposed.
