Present thesis is devoted to the development of technological principles of Li2B4O7 production including the Cu-, Ag-, Mn-doped ones in both crystalline and glassy states, the studies of their intrinsic and impurity defects and determination of relationship between the structural ordering degree of the mentioned above compound and the peculiarities of the relaxation and transport processes.
