Object – functional capacities of exploitation characteristics of prosthetic constructions in patients with disorders of osseous metabolism in the process of complex treatment; purpose – substantiation of conceptual foundation of complex treatment in patients with partial anodontia; methods – clinical, laboratory, mathematic, variation-statistical; novelty – for the first time complex approach to the diagnostics and treatment of patients with partial anodontia has been employed with the condition of tissues of the prosthetic bed taken into account; results – application of combined dental prostheses designed by the author has been substantiated; complex of therapeutic-preventive measures for the patients with denture defects has been developed and approbated; it has been implemented into prosthetic treatment and educational process; field of medicine – dentistry.
