Object of research: formation of the markets of bioraw materials and biofuel and their effective development for provision of energy of ability to live the country population. The purpose of research: theoretical generalisation and a substantiation of methodological and practical approaches to market grouping biofuel in Ukraine on the basis of the economic mechanism of functioning and the organisation of management and working out of recommendations about effective production of bioraw materials and biofuel. Methods: the system analysis, comparisons, modelling, account-constructive, sociological interrogations, sociometric, graphic, abstract-logic and expert-evaluated accounts. Theoretical and practical results: This work is dedicated to the study of the modern state, problems and prospects of the biofuel market in Ukraine. The study systematises the scientific methods and organizationally economic fundamentals of the biofuel market development, market formation of energy-containing cultures, which areused as raw materials for the production of biofuels; engineering and technical features of biofuel production from raw materials of vegetable origin are studied and economic evaluation of their use in the field of agro-industrial complex is made. International trends in the development of biofuels and raw materials for its production are generalized and economic justification for the prospects of the market development of biofuels in Ukraine is implemented. During the period of the study, a number of scientific results from new scientific problems has been received, and, based on that, valuable theoretical and practical conclusions have been developed and suggestions on the development of the biofuel market based on natural resources of agriculture have been made. Scientific novelty: consists in a substantiation and working out of theoretical, methodological and practical positions of development of the market biofuels в in Ukraine. Introduction degree: results of research are used in practical activities ofthe Supreme body of Ukraine, subsections of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine, the Ministry of an agrarian policy of Ukraine, the State committee of Ukraine on the state material reserve, Senior management of agroindustrial development of the Vinnitsa regional state administration, in educational process of Vinnitsa national agrarian university. Efficiency: use of results of research will assist effective development of a new sector of economic activity.
