Object – processes of strategic market of food products development and mechanism of his adjusting; purpose – development of theoretic and methodological principles of strategic food market development, which must be instrumental in guaranteing of food safety of the state and forming of powerful export potential; methods – fundamental positions of general economic theory, strategic management and marketing, economic prognostication and planning; novelty – ground of theoretic, methodological and methodical positions and development of practical recommendations what in aggregates directed on the decision of science problem of providing of strategic market of food products development; results – develop conceptual positions in relation to providing of food safety of the state, to perfect the organization and economics mechanism of food market development to define basic priorities of government control of market of food products; it is inculcated in economic practice.
