Essay

This paper describes my research into the theoretical and practical problems that characterize and discovers the investment activities of corporations in Ukraine in the period of market transition. Specifically addresses the corresponding strategies for the formation of investment resources, and selection of investment projects, while protecting shareholder rights and interests. The fundamental problems associated with managing corporate investments in Ukraine and the reasons for lessened effectiveness, based on the current understanding of effective management are determined. There is an overview of "effective management".
