Gumenyuk L. Limited ability to integration in society of persons with mental disorders (clinical picture, diagnostic, rehabilitation)

Clinical-psychopathological, psychosocial, psychological and social appropriateness of formation of limited ability to integration in society (LAIS) at patients with mental disorders (311 persons) were investigated from position of systemic interdisciplined method. Clinical-psychological structure of mental disorders of these persons were determined. Prevalence of mental and behavior disorders as the result of alcohol usage, depressive disorders and schizophrenia was found. The social functioning was decreased to higher degree at patients with paranoid form of schizophrenia and moderate degree of depressive disorders with somatic symptoms, and to lower degree in the group of patients with personality disorders. The influence of predispositional, provocated and supported factors in development of LAIS was proved on based systemic structural analyze. Clinical-typographical variants LAIS of homeless mental patients (global, partial, pred-desadaptational) were determinated. Bacic principles of rehabilitation patients with mental disorders and limited ability to integration were scientific substantiated. The system of rehabilitation mental patients with limited ability to integration was developed and inculcated, and appreciated its effectiveness.
