Mekh O. Innovative-social model of development of pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine.

The Dissertation is devoted to the ground of methodical approaches of increase of level of socialization of innovative process of national pharmaceutical industry. In work expedience of introduction of a new model is grounded and new level of relations between the state, scientific centers and enterprises, the feature of which there is the use not of administrative, and market levers of influencing. Principles, conceptual approaches, are offered, structure, algorithm of functioning of model. Also the analysis of existent scientific conceptions in relation to the problem of socialization of economy, scientifically-technological and innovative development of pharmaceutical industry is conducted in work. Innovative tendencies in world pharmaceutical industry is explored and also scientific and technical, industrial potential of innovative, generic and biotechnological companies. Basic theoretical approaches, market practice and consequences of confluence, are explored between the participants of pharmaceutical industry. The analysis of statistical scientific and scientific and technical performance indicators of subjects of domestic industry is conducted. Prognosis-analytical research of scientifically-technological and innovative development of domestic pharmaceutical industry in priority directions is developed and conducted.
