. This dissertation is dedicated to improvement of diagnostics, treatment and medical reabilitation patietns with coeliac disease (CD) up to complete remission with the aid of new methods, algorithms and treatment protocols development and implementation. First results of serological screening among 2761 gastroenterological patients in Ukraine obtained and CD prevalence in mentioned population was evaluated. Diagnostic values of the modern diagnostic methods were appreciated. Main types of CD clinical forms and dermatitis herpetiformis were observed. Characteristics of gastrointestinal tract injury in CD patietns were ascertained. Results of gluten-free diet were analized and principal criteria of CD treatment efficacy were formulated.
