Balitska V. Forming and functioning of the enterprises capital of Ukraine

Research object: process of forming and functioning of the capital owned and disposed by the enterprises involved in physical production. Purpose of research: elaboration of the theory and methodology for the establishment of the integral mechanism of management by the enter-prises’ capital formation at the macroeconomic level on the base of in-teraction of the institutional, monetary, fiscal and legal instruments. Methods of research: logical and dialectical, historical, systematic and structural, method of balances, functional, analysis and synthesis, com-parisons, sampling, indicators’ classification. Theoretical and practical results: distortions, disproportions and contradictions of the current system of capital formation at the enterprises are revealed, the theoreti-cal and methodological pillars for implementation of the organizational and functional mechanism of the influence on capital formation are elaborated, necessity to introduce the system for diagnostics of value and structural features of the capital as well as assessment of the tar-geted enterprises’ needs in cash funds is proved. Conclusions and rec-ommendations are used by Presidential Secretariat of Ukraine, Intermin-istry Board on Development of Productive Forces and Production Rela-tions, financial directorate of the “Blitz-Park” plant of HC “Blitz-Inform”. Branch of implementation is economy.
