Essay

Object of research - rotors, housings and valves CHP and CMP of the steam turbines with a power of 200 MW. The purpose of research - development of integral approach to the prolongation of the period of the operation of power station equipment with the use of low expense technologies of modernization and control of the residual of the service life. Methods of researches - the mathematical modeling of the thermal, stress-strained state, experimental studies. The theoretical and practical results - оn the basis of the developed integral approach to the prolongation of the period of the operation of steam turbines equipment taking into account for the existing damages, repair and recovery changes of the design constructions of elements in the process of operation is developed the procedure of the prognostication of further life cycle of the steam turbines equipment. The novelty - as a result of the executed researches is decided the urgent science technical problem: prolongation of the period of the operation of the steam turbines of large power. Degree of introduction - the results of a study on the prolongation of the period of the operation of turbine K -200-130 are used on the power units TES. Area of use - power engineering.
