Essay

The thesis is devoted to questions of improvement the diagnostics and treatment of chronic pancreatitis on a background of metabolic syndrome.It is proved the use of a new parameter - factor of combination as quantitative measure of the fundamental characteristics the comorbidity such, as: syntropy, dystropy and interference by automated processing of the large files on digital carriers with computer technologies. It is specified regional features of epidemiology, current and outcomes the chronic pancreatitis in the inhabitants of Zhitomir area, injured of consequences of failure on Chernobyl nuclear station. It is shown, that long, not less than 3 months, treatment of chronic pancreatitis combined with metabolic syndrome by ursodeoxycholic acid is economically favorable by criterion of the effect/cost price because of reduction of quantity the relapses of disease.
