Turchenko D. Resource-functional mechanism for development of the state energy security system

Object of the study is strategic control mining, генерированием, supply and use power resource, allowing provide resistant Ukraine economy to external threat and risk and high level its energy efficiency in market condition. Objective of study is development theorist-methodological and methodical basis and practical recommendation on shaping and introduction resource-functional mechanism of the development of the system to energy safety state (RFMDSESS) and provision high energy efficiency Ukraine economy by way to realization to adaptive strategy it innovation-investment development in market condition. Methods of research are analysis and syntheses, statistical comparisons, grouping, generalizations of the economic factors, selection, mathematical analysis and mathematical statistics, rating, analysis of the systems. Theoretical and practical results: the motivation theorist-methodological basis of the operation and realization RFMDSESS; shaping and introduction in practical person of the management effective RFMDSESS. Novelty is development theorist-methodological basis and methodical positions, practical recommendation on new decision of the problem of the shaping effective RFMDSESS. Degree of the introduction by: Ministry of the economy of the Ukraine, executive committee Gorlovskogo city council, CVC "Don Treyd". Branch of application is organs state and local authorities.
