Tarash L. Methodological background for governing corporate property

Object of the study is processes of share property management. Objective of study is shaping to methodologies, development to concepts and development scientifically-methodical positions of share property management. Methods of research are dialectical, images general in especial, comparisons, inductions and deductions, formal logic, modelling, financial analysis and financial mathematicians, discounting. Theoretical and practical results: the methodological bases of share property management and development of the positions on its realization; practical recommendations, allowing raise efficiency of corporative management on national, regional level and in join-stock companies. Novelty is methodological motivation, development to concepts and development scientifically-methodical positions of share property management, coming from economic contents and in context of the creation and realization to share property in concretely-history condition of the Ukraine. Degree of the introduction by: Fund state property Ukraine and its regional branch in Donetsk area, Donetsk territorial governing the State commission on securities and stock market, Donetsk regional state administration. Branch of application is state and regional management body, join-stock companies.
