Sergienko A. Proliferative vitreoretinal processes in rhegmatogenous retinal detachment, diabetic retinopathy and eye trauma (pathogenesis, clinic, diagnostics, surgical treatment)

Object - proliferative vitreoretinopathy with retinal detachment. Purpose - to increase the efficacy of patients rehabilitation with the posterior eye segment diseases. Methods: ophthalmologic; special clinical methods (optical coherent tomography, digital fundus photography); immunological, physical and chemical methods; methods of statistical analysis. Spectrophotometer, ophthalmoscope, slit lamp, microscope.The method of tissue specific antibodies determination is worked out for prognosis of retinal detachment relapses and retinal detachment occurrence in pair eye. The algorithm of intraoperative application of the wide-field optic systems is worked out too with vitreous body contrasting by crystals of betamethasone, that allows to promote the percent of anatomic successes and reduces the amount of retinal detachment reccurance.
