Essay

There were developed mathematic models for risks of vestibular dysfunction in dynamics of post-accident period and was proven emergence of determined electrophysiological radiation effects with doses higher than 0.20 Gy. Clinical-electrophysiological patterns of appearance, development and features of clinical course of vestibular dysfunction and sensorineural hearing loss 325 participants of liquidation of Chernobyl accident consequences of three groups in long-term monitoring (1986-2006) were studied. Community of mechanisms and pathodenesis of radiation vestibular dysfunction and sensorineural hearing loss determined. There was validated extended treatment approach with allopathic, antihomotoxic preparations and medical leeches for vestibular dysfunction and sensorineural hearing loss in participants of liquidation of Chernobyl accident consequences as well as correction of vestibular dysfunction with physiotherapy exercises according to Fedorova G.S. and correction of socially inadequate sensorineural hearing loss with digital multi-channel acoustics in binaural pairs
