Essay

Anamnestic data, clinical manifestations, levels of the basic populations and subpopulations of lymphocytes, functional state of T-helpers in children born from a HIV-positive of mothers was studied. It is proved, that changes of functional condition of T-lymphocytes forestall development of clinical manifestations, depression of T-helpers levels in perinatally infected children. It is defined, that to-infections of HIV-positive children at III-IV clinical stages of HIV-infection, HSV that CMV lead to disturbance of T-helpers functional condition, in particular, balance of system T-helpers 1 and 2 types.
