The object is the process of formation and development of the system of economy subjects competitiveness providing in the dynamic competitive environment. The aim is theoretical and methodical foundation of the management conception of economy subjects competitiveness in the conditions of innovative development rates increasing, as well as working out of innovative management technologies on the macro- and micro-levels for the competitiveness increasing of economy subjects. The methods are dialectic, historically logical, theoretical generalization and comparison, systemic approach, abstractive and logical, correlation and regression analysis, program and target, construction of neural networks, imitation modeling. The novelty is in carrying out of setting and system solution of the conceptual basis formation problem and working out of the competitiveness management methodology on the innovation development principles. It has been introduced on the state and regional levels and also in the educational process. Sphere of the usage is authorities of the state and regional levels, economy subjects.
