Research object - fine-grained cement concrete mixtures and concretes containing activated in the electrical corona field the Portland cement and organic-mineral modifiers. A purpose of research - the development of scientific bases obtaining the resource saving, hi-tech fine-grained concrete mixtures and high strength concretes by the estimation of conformities to the law of microstructure formation of concrete complex modified with the combined organic-mineral additives in combination with the electrophysics activating of surface of dispersible components of concrete. Experimental researches are executed by standard and special methods. A theoretical value is: results of computer design of corona electric-field; conformities to the law of change of electro-superficial properties of mineral additives of concrete; results of calculations of potential energy of pair co-operation of dispersible particles; conformities to the law of adsorption of superplasticizers from simple and binary solutions with different correlation of initial components on-the-spot mineral additions and monominerals of Portland cement clinker. The practical value of results is determined development and experimentally-industrial approbation: compositions and technology of the fine-grained concretes with the complex modified microstructure; compositions of the effective combined organic-mineral modifiers of concretes with the use of wastes of industry; "Technological regulation of making of dry build mixtures for repair of concrete and reinforced-concrete constructions, high-fidelity cementation of equipment". The common economic effect is 685200 UAH.
