The dissertation is devoted to development of methods and models defining the mechanisms through which the state of safety barriers depends on a NPP operation mode, substantiation of estimation criteria and monitoring methods, analysis of a barrier state, identification of model parameters, creation of the radiation-technological inspection tools. A fuel assemblies volume fission product distribution restoration model using the reconstructive algebraic tomography method. A method of identification of damaged fuel rods has been developed. A method of metrological maintenance of the measurements of burnup has been developed. A CdZnTe-dosimeter sensitivity dependence correction model has been proposed
