The object: process of economic development of resort and recreational sphere in conditions of market changes. The objective: working out the theoretical ad methodological approaches to the forming of the strategy of resort and recreational sphere's economic development and practical scientific recommendations as for its realization proper for modern economic conditions of the country. The methods: general scientific methods, methods of economic and statistical, marketing analysis, method of experts' assessment, correlation ad regressive method. It is offered: the concept of resort and recreational sphere's economic development on the principles of constant service's quality perfection, that is structured according to the basic priority development directions, contains forms of providing, ways and conditions of realization, and also modeling of servicing quality perfection ad forecast of the development of resort and recreational sphere. The application of the concept allows to work out and apply the strategies of the economic effectiveness increase of the resorts' activity. The sphere of use: resort and tourism sphere.
