Essay

The dissertation focuses on the development of theoretical bases and realization fundamentals of information technologies design aimed at increasing of information perception effectiveness, knowledge assimilation and professional activity. Increasing of information perception effectiveness is based on adaptive information processes, which are using cognitive characteristics and conditions of a person. A system of user's cognitive condition indexes is defined based on the proposed models. Dialogue-based architecture and templates of software tools design are proposed for information flow adaptation within the line "computer-user" and providing effectiveness of information processing. The software tools realizing the architecture of adaptive information systems for users' study and professional activity support are developed.
