In dissertational work results of researches are stated and the complex agrophysical and microbiological characteristic of podsolic soils under crops of agricultural crops in the conditions of long land tenure is given. It is shown, that in the conditions of permanent culture and in a crop rotation the microflora is formed different on phenotypical and genotypical to signs, there are changes of prepotent forms of microorganisms. On the basis of the received results of researches of functioning and a biodiversity of a microbic complex the generalised scheme displaying changes in a soil microbic complex in the conditions of an agricultural production is presented. The defining factor of formation of microflora is the crop rotation in which high level of a biomass is stably supported, variety of microorganisms and in the conditions of permanent culture of flax-dolguntsa where as a result of maintenance of specific structure root exudation and the vegetative rests there is a decrease in a biomass and genetic potential of microorganisms. For an agricultural production ecologically safe technologies of cultivation of flax, wheat, a clover which are directed on optimisation of agrolandscapes, creation of adaptive-landscape systems of agriculture, working out of the high technology agrotechnologies are recommended.
