Essay

In the thesis is represented the substantiation of the concept of the effectiveness increase of the complex treatment of teeth-maxillary anomalies (TMA) in children with fixed orthodontic appliances by the correction of the organism functional reactions level before the beginning and during the active treatment course and by the directed modeling of jaws bone tissue. In the experiments on the model of the orthodontic displacement of teeth in rats it is shown the necessity of the preliminary increase of the organism resistance before the orthodontic teeth displacement. Are formulated the basic directions and principles of TMA complex treatment at children with the normal and lowered functional reactions.
