Bieliakov K. Organizational-legal and scientific guaranteeing of the informatization in Ukraine: theoretical and practical problems

The dissertation is the first fundamental scientific researches executed in Ukraine, within the limits of a scientific specialty "informational law". In work the complex analysis of process of transition to society from the point of view of problems of organizational and legal maintenance, change of scientific paradigms, their influence on jurisprudence and practice of social management is carried out. The basics of innovative scientific approach in the legal sciences - legal informationology are set out in the dissertation for the first time. Informationological theory of law is the realization of the legal scientists ideas of the scientific knowledge of informational process integration into the legal science.
