Lomachinsca I. Figure of a leader in the Christian tradition.

Dissertation is a complex philosophical and religious research in which the phenomenon of a leader figure in the Christian tradition is analyzed in detail. Based on scientific material the historical stages of development of Christian leadership, its essence features and moral and ethical core are presented. The paper analyses the figure of a Christian leader from the point of view of his psychological, social and communication descriptions. The basic models of leadership, produced by Christianity religious practice are defined. For the first time in Ukrainian religious science the author represents notions of "religious leadership" and "religious leader". It is proved that in a modern scientific mind the phenomenon of leadership is subject for consideration not from positions of purview, but from positions of general principles of its realization in a policy, economic industries or in the church unions, that enables complex classification of strategy of leadership, saving distinction of its options of special purposes. The author investigates the essence of charisma legitimation natural for religious leadership and determined by its sacred characteristics.
