Object of the research are algorithm processes, i.e. various discrete processes of system functioning in form of the sequence of carrying operations, works or actions for goal achievement. Subject of the research are formalized problem states, models, and methods for reliability control of algorithmic processes under uncertainly. Research methods are theory of reliability, and quality of man-machine system, fuzzy sets theory, operation research, genetic algorithms, ant systems, and regression analysis. The actual scientific problem of provision the algorithmic process reliability under uncertain source data is solved. Solving of the problem consists of in creation the soft-computing based methodology for algorithmic process reliability theory and its realization in form of an information technology. The information technology supports competitive reliability design of algorithm processes in case of expert assessing of source data and of fuzzy knowledge about the domain object. The results are implemented at 5 industrial enterprises, at 2 educational institutions, and besides in research effort of 74 scientific organizations. The scope are enterprises and institutions, that are designing of discrete technological processes, developing of algorithm for special-purpose personal activities, project and program managing in various economical sectors.
