Object –correlations between structure formation processes and properties of hardened stone depending from methods of fly-ashes and slags activation; features of effective physical-mechanical and operating properties of materials formation. Point – to made scientific bases and technologies of effective building materials and products based on activated ashes and slags obtaining and to set principles of direct structure formation processes regulation in fly-ash content binders and concretes which provides necessary building-technical properties; methods – physical-chemical, mathematic plans; Novelty – criteries for choice fly-ash as component of binder and concrete where proposed; effective directs of waste activation were improved; scientific base of effective building materials features with flyash and slag content technology were expanded. Results – binders and concrete compositions with energetic wastes content were developed, optimized and placed in building materials producing industry; Branch – constructions.
