The object is system changes of state property at the time of Ukraine economy transformation; The goal is the formation of theoretical-methodological statements, organizational backgrounds, methodological and practical recommendations concerning the formation mechanism of state property governing in Ukraine and its trends, with paying attention to the particularities of state economics modern social-economical development; Methods are scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, historical and logical methods, system generalization, comparison analysis, statistical quantitative and qualitative analysis, graphical method, expert valuation; The results are the preparing of scientific methodological basements and the state property governing mechanism, by taking into consideration, modern characteristics of social-economical development at state economics; Novelty shows that the important economical problem was specified and decided (the preparing of scientific methodological basements and the state property governing mechanism, by taking into consideration, modern characteristics of social-economical development at state economics); It is used at the state level, and at the studying process too; Sphere is the bodies of state property governing and operation subjects in economics state sector.
