Belentsov V. Methodology of optimum property structure formation as a base of economic development of Ukraine

Object of the study is processes to transformations institute systems to property and system macroeconomic development. Objective of study is development theoretical and methodical basis of the shaping the optimum structure to property on capital goods, which realization provides stable and efficient economic development of the Ukraine. Methods of research are econometric modelling and forecasting, dialectical logic, heuristics, system-structured analysis and syntheses. Theoretical and practical results: the theorist-methodical bases of the shaping the optimum structure to property, realization which will promote the decision of the problem stable and efficient economic development of the Ukraine; offers for practicability of the change the structure to property in Ukraine. Novelty is methodological motivation of the optimum structure to property as bases stable and efficient economic development of the Ukraine and conceptual basis of its shaping. Degree of the introduction by: Regional branch in Donetsk area of the Fund state property of Ukraine, Ministry to coal industry of the Ukraine, Donetsk regional administration.
