Essay

On the basis of clinical and experimental studies the regularities of radiation effect formation on the immune system through adaptive, genotoxic, proliferative, activation and differentiation response of hemapoietic stem and immune cells to radiation and through imbalance of intercellular interactions were established. It allowed to form a model of mechanism for the implementation of cellular responses to radiation at the level of hematopoietic stem cells, immune cells and their interactions, as well as to formulating concept of methodological optimization control of the formation of late radiation effects in the immune system at the victims of accidental radiation exposure.
